There are lots of different non-profit and not-for-profit structures, each
with different special conditions. It is impossible to speculate with any
certainty on the exact nature of Maggie's situation.
The relevant question to the list is "can a rider be placed on OGL material
to prevent the author from profiting from it". The answer is no, but
specific individuals can be covered by a separate agreement related to the
OGL material.
