Ok, so the Appendix Method (re-list all OGC in an appendix) is a gray area at best.
What about an Index method? Instead of saying "all text in grey boxes is OGC" say "all text identifed in Appendix B: index of OGC is OGC." How does that sound? Also, what about a Index/Appendix, which reprints the OGC text (with PI removed for convenience) but each entry has a reference to wherever else it appears in the work? This would be impractical for most print books, but rather useful for an electonic file.
