There is a problem, though. How can someone control the use of the OGL logo?
I mean someone can slap an OGL logo on a product that contains no OGC and
OGL attached to it? All the OGL is mainly a content license.

That means we have to draft a trademark license for such an Icon, so that
everyone would also comply with the use of that icon (like the d20
trademark), and also allow consumers to easily identify such a thing.
