I would argue that you could probably get away with slight name revisions
such as:
Lesser Flesh-Crawler
Greater Flesh-Crawler
Urban FleshCrawl
etc..

Or just ask Clark for permission to use the name.. Everyone here knows there
are 101 ways to either get loopholes to work for you..
