Additionally, if you find a specific name or idea
for a plane of existence, you can always do a quick search on the 'net for
references to it. Chances are that if you find any reference that is not
D&D/WotC driven, you can use your own version of it.. For example, if you
wanted to define the plane of Hades, etc, you can do so because there is
sufficient resources to show that the idea is open to all.
