Well, you don't give up any rights to your own work (okay, with one
exception) when you release it under the OGL.  You can still license it out
to others, with the sole exception that you cannot grant anyone else an
"exclusive" license since the OGL'd material is irrevocably licensed.  If
R&R is asking for exclusive rights, as I believe "work for hire" means you
assign all rights to them, then you cannot submit any OGL'd work.
