Depending on the nature of the license this might not be a bad idea, but
then again it really would depend on DOJ's policies.

Subject: [Ogf-l] Champions and Open Licensing

Champions and the rest of Hero Games was purchased a few days ago by Steve
Long and others under the name DOJ Inc. There's an interesting discussion
on the Hero Games web site about whether it will (or should) be released
under an OGL-style license (or the OGL itself):

The short answer: No freaking way.
