That's really a lot of information to get from second-hand sources. ;-)

You should contact the magazines directly and request their rate cards.
Each has a number of different costs based on color (black and white,
2-color, 4-color), size (from full page to business card-size), and
placement (front cover, back cover, inside front, inside back, interior,
interior near a certain article, etc.). To complicate this pricing
structure, there are discounts based on frequency of ads per year and
trade discounts.
