Not sure how many of you have seen the new release If Thoughts Could Kill, but there are several references to 'Illithid', when discussing a mind flayer that is part of teh adventure.
Considering the SRD makes no reference to 'Illithid', but instead uses Mind Flayer, does the use of this term violate the OGL/d20 license? I'd be curious to hear comments.
