and you can turn right around and rerelease whatever they release 
under the WotC OGL version of *your* choice.

i think you'll find it's a matter of who is using the contract.  my 
reading of the contract is that it is upon the user of OGC, not the 
creator.  that is, it would be best to think of reusing OGC, rather 
than releasing it, as the act that is bound by the contract.
