So which messages posted to the OGF-L General Discussion list do you think were notable Events in History, had the most memorable Subject Lines or had the most profound effect on your view of Open Gaming?
Here's a few of mine! >> Notable events in the OGF Lists One of the first "blessed versions of the OGL" -- before it was "simplified!": http://www.ogexchange.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=PN_Cyboards&file=read& board=1&id=8233 Ryan Announces the Closing of the d20-List to NDA only, and provides PHB manuscripts to early adopters: http://www.ogexchange.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=PN_Cyboards&file=read& board=1&id=7305 WotC and Ryan blow up after attending GenCon Last Year: http://www.ogexchange.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=PN_Cyboards&file=read& board=1&id=12295 >> Most Memorable Subject Lines http://www.ogexchange.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=PN_Cyboards&file=r ead&board=1&id=13393 Psstt, don't tell anyone but this is actually my Beta test of the OGF-L Searchable, Threaded, Mailing List Archive! It's got messages from 3/6/2000 to 1/2/2002 ==> ALMOST 2YRS of List Traffic <== Here is the main link ==> http://www.ogexchange.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=PN_Cyboards&file=f orum&board=1 Beware: It's a little slow at the moment, but that's because it's got more then 8000 messages in there. Also threading is a little awkard in a few places as the threading of messages is dependent on individual user's email programs properly preserving MsgIDs -- some of which did a horid job of doing this. And then there are those of you who reply to a message, and simply delete the contents of the message to start a new thread -- but your email program still marks it as a reply to the previous thread......
