You don't have to declare who owns the product identity in the same
place you declare it as such. To simplify things, my advice would be
to separate the declaration of the product identity from the
copyright and permission acknowledgements of the creators:

Copyright 2002 Fantasy Netbook Community Council. Esharion O'Sli'Nai,
Streak, Darin Rockhound, Jenner and Mekhmet are Copyright 2002 Becky
Glenn and are used with permission. Meervald is Copyright 2002
Dominique Crouzet and is used with permission. Red Roman is Copyright
2002 Carl Cramer and is used with permission. Nevaequarlani, Nevae,
Rasse Staciakerym, Opitullf and Slimmare are Copyright 2002
Thunderhead Games and are used with permission. Quick Sober, Rabbitt
Feet and Steal Sleep are Copyright 2002 Clark Peterson and are used
under special license. Saddle of the Master Riders is Copyright 2002
Clark Peterson and is used with permission.

This product is released under the terms of the Open Game License
version 1.0a. The following items are hereby designated as Product
Identity as defined in the license: the name and logo of the Fantasy
Netbook Community Council, the acronym FaNCC, the names and
backgrounds of Darin Rockhound, Esharion O'Sli'Nai, Jenner, Meervald,
Mekhmet, Nevae, Nevaequarlani, Opitullf, Rasse Staciakerym, Red
Roman, Slimmare, and Streak, the spell names Quick Sober, Rabbitt
Feet and Steal Sleep, and the name Saddle of the Master Riders. The
following material is hereby designated as Open Game Content as
defined in the license: All content in this product that has not
specifically been designated as Product Identity.

(This last part assumes you really want to release all non-PI as open
content, including the art, maps, text, and so on, rather than just
releasing the text.)
