Paul, Yes, it makes sense. However, I do have a few points for you.
Under "OGL version 1.0a" you have: "This is the current version. Updates and status should be made periodically to ensure the most recent license is being used." Which is fine, except, if one truly wishes to, one can use an earlier version of the license. <Looks at recent purchases, AEG is using the OGL 1.0.> I have something to say about what you have under "Section 14: Reformation" but don't know how to word it correctly. I take "Section 14" as to be "if any clasue in this license makes it fail as ensuring the maintainence of open content, then an update [to the license] will occur to ensure that the license [which keeps open content open, while protecting certain PI] is enforceable [which is a legal way of saying "play nice with the other children"]."
