If you mean, how to easily reference it in casual conversation or email, 
PsiHB is as good as anything.

If you mean, how would you reference it in a d20 product, I wouldn't 
reference it at all.  There are rules from the PsiHB available as part of 
the draft SRD.  That's really all you can work with anyway.
