On a slightly different tack on the question.  What exactly is their spec
on "single page". Clealry letter size, but I don't want to send in a 8
point single spaced when they expecting 12 doublespaced, or other
silliness.

Perhaps it seems a silly question, but I'm seeing better odds than the
lottery at getting a house, so I'm gonna be particular.
