Just to be absolutely sure:

A d20 publisher must include the Open Game License (complete with
updated copyrights in Section 15) in the product using the OGL

but

does not need to also include the d20 System Trademark License in the product.

Yes?

(I've read all the licenses and guides and faqs so many times my eyes
hurt, but I wanted to be sure. Some of the very first d20 products /did/
include copies of the d20 trademark license as well as the open game license.)
