I know of at least three major publishers out there that have publicly stated
they have no interest in being solicited by the "non-winners" since they are not
looking to develop a campaign world at this time.  Most likely, we will see
several attempts at self-publication and new start ups.  I've been throwing
around the idea of letting anyone not selected submit their entry to d20zine!
for inclusion in the September issue if they so desire (but I haven't made up my
mind yet).
