Are they actually viewable HTML pages, or are they seperate files that 
an average user will automatically download & view?

You need to have it so that there is no doubt or confusion what is and 
isn't the work.  If the works are to be downloaded, a ZIP file or 
similar archive is best.  If they're to be viewed online, a link to the 
OGL would probably be fine.

Sound "valid" to me... IANAL.

OTOH, you might want to re-word the PI designation.  "The name 'Epic 
Fantasy Engine' is Product Identity."


(And don't forget to add in the S.15 entries of all the works you derive 
from....)
