The "Open Game License v1.0a" really should be a link. I realize that can't 
be done in a Text file but since you are distributing it on the Web, you 
may be expected to follow web conventions. If you do not make it a link, 
you might want to change it to something like:

"Chapters 1 to 16 are released as Open Game Content under the Open Game 
License v1.0a (http://geocities.com/vargaarde/efeaogllicense.txt). The name 
'Epic Fantasy Engine' is Product Identity."
