In general, this is backwards. When reusing OGC from another source, you MUST update Section 15 in your product to reflect that. And you usually MAY NOT include any sort of inline credits (because you are restricted from using other people's trademarks without explicit, separate permission -- and most publishers claim their product names as trademarks, and as Product Identity). The specific case of MM2 has been discussed here before (you might check the archive), and in numerous other venues (like ENWorld).
