OK, since I am publishing Luftwaffe 1946 RPG outside the ASTL I was not real

They are not OGL.  The rules are distributed per the terms of the Action 
System Temporary License which prohibits print distribution of products at 
this time.  GRG intends on replacing the temporary license with a permanent 
license with more options for publication at some point.
