If you have reason to believe that through error or omission a trademark
or other content was inadvertantly designated as Open Game Content when
normal practice and reasonable examination would indicate that doing so
was a mistake, my opinion is that it is in your own best interest not to
take advantage of the slip.  The purpose of the OGL is to reduce the
threat of litigation between game publishers, and doing things which are
likely to trigger such a response defeats the purpose of the OGL.
