Any chance we could get this put up on opengamingfoundation.org as a FAQ for the mailing list? Include a link to it in the welcome page for the mailing lists and in the monthly reminders. Not to mention having big bold words on the subscription page saying: read this before posting. Someone might have to tidy it up a bit first, though.
