Was it Dragon or Dungeon magazine that promised to start printing a lot of OGC?
Also, as time goes on, I personally believe, that there will be a whole new market that caters to amuetur game writers/designers. That target audience will specifically look for and purchase products with large amounts of OGC, so that they can re-use that material for creating their own works.
*That* might get a good ball rolling.
