See section 7 of the OGL. My reading of this section prohibits you from doing this, unless you have a separate agreement with WOTC to include such references. If you take a look at the badly named ESD Conversion Agreement http://www.wizards.com/d20/files/ESDpolicy.rtf you can see that WOTC gives you the ability to do this for coverted works.
