Actually, PHB.. d20 System guide: "You may cite the Player's Handbook by
title, or as the PHB" I personally prefer PHb, but they have it as PHB, so
there it is.

Best to just quote the citation paragraph from the d20 System Guide (v 3.0):

"You may refer to the Dungeon Master's Guide as the DMG, the Monster Manual
as the MM. You may cite the Player's Handbook by title, or as the PHB. You
may cite the Psionics Handbook by title. You may cite the d20 Modern
Roleplaying Game by title. You must not cite page number references,
because pagination may change in future printings. You may cite chapter,
heading, and subheading titles from the DMG, the MM, the PHB, the Psionics
Handbook, or the d20 Modern Roleplaying Game."

This comes from things revolving around the d20stl. If using only the OGL,
I think you might need to refer to the MSRD for the d20M stuff. I'd contact
Wizard's first before deviationg from a standard they have published,
though. If you are planning on using both the OGL and d20stl, then the
above paragraph is what needs to be followed.
