Why don't you print labels with the missing information, and have your warehouse people stick them on the inside covers of all the books that remain in your possession? I seem to recall that AEG did that with one of their early one-word-title books which had the major boo-boo of omitting the Open Game License itself entirely. In fact, I would think this is pretty important to do, for your own protection. Every one of those individual copyright holders (which were compiled and "republished" by the Netbook) has standing to demand that you repair the situation to their individual satisfaction. Moreover, you might find yourself facing hot water from people in the future, if they suffer unhappy consequences from relying on your faulty Paragraph 15 when they re-use content from your book. ------------------------------------------------------ John Nephew voice (651) 638-0077 fax (651) 638-0084 President, Atlas Games www.atlas-games.com _______________________________________________ Ogf-l mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.opengamingfoundation.org/mailman/listinfo/ogf-l
