**************************************************************** 4. Grant and Consideration: In consideration for agreeing to use this License, the Contributors grant You a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license with the exact terms of this License to Use, the Open Game Content. **************************************************************** 1.(g) "Use", "Used" or "Using" means to use, Distribute, copy, edit, format, modify, translate and otherwise create Derivative Material of Open Game Content. **************************************************************** Not "create _a_ Derivative Material". Just "create Derivative Material". Hmmm... And "perpetual" has a precise legal meaning, I know; but the connotation to me is that there's one license you can use again and again, as long as you conform to its requirements. Hmmm... I'm beginning to be convinced, Clark. (There you go using all those lawyer ticks again, persuading me with logic and reason and the law...) I'm not sure if this interpretation is good or bad for Open Gaming, but I wouldn't be surprised to see it prove valid. So here's the question: is there a mechanism for getting back in good graces? Otherwise, the OGL is one harsh license! Martin L. Shoemaker Martin L.
