First find me one legally trained person who thinks
the phrase "Everything derived from the SRD is OGC"
is, by itself, sufficient to meet the clear
identification to a reasonable person test, then this
might be a worthwhile discussion to open up.

Clark has argued that such a phrase is okay as a
safety valve just in case the main part of the OGC
declaration accidentally misses something that should
be OGC. I don't think it really does anything even as
a safety catch. Which is pretty much where I remember
the two of us leaving the discussion. But neither of
us thought that simply saying "Everything derived from
the SRD is OGC" was acceptable by itself.

There should be a few threads on this in the archives
though if you won't a more thorough discussion.
