Except that brand gained value by being part of Wizard's d20 system (OGL or
d20) If it didn't (conversion to d20), the publisher opened it up under
OGL, knowing full well what it required, hoping to enhance the brand by also
being under the d20 system.

I would not see a problem with listing a Sec. 15 on the front cover, if the
Sec. 15 was the same text size and font as the rest of the license. If they
want to take up 90% of the front cover for maybe 2% of the cover associating
themselves with another source, I'll laugh at them.

If the sec. 15 were in a larger point than the rest of the licence, then I'd
see a violation of Sec. 7. If they added a phrase 'Compatible with' in the
Sec. 15, then it would definitely fail the 'resonable person' test. Just
making it a larger point, but following the license in all other respects, I
don't know. But I can tell you that I'd be willing to challenge it if
someone tried to use that to associate themselves with my PI. Esp. since
they have to agree to sects. 7 and 11 to use the license.
