I believe this is incorrect when one considers that not all context will
necessarily be created on the same display or host. One certainly could not
imagine querying the entire network for all possible adapters (and then what
if a new host comes online?).
Am I having deja vu, or didn't this group already discuss this scenario,
concluding that true context-independence implies ALWAY returning the
non-null dispatcher proc address.
As the rest of the argument somewhat relies on your premise (which I believe
is in error), I'll save bandwidth a wait until we have a common set of
premises for our discussion.
