If you're seeing lots of copies of messages to oglbase-discuss, it's
likely because of a heinously misconfigured Microsoft SMTP server along
the way to one of the list subscribers. I have unsubscribed that address
until the problem is fixed; hopefully what's in the pipe will flush
soon.
