    IIRC you found some minor nits in there which I haven't had a chance
to correct yet in the document, but I don't recall anything "quite
incorrect". I do recall that we disagreed on the interpretation of some
of the language and that some clarification might be helpful.

    In any event, this list is not the place to hash out either this or
the internalformat type issue; changes to the Specification are only
going to happen via the ARB, so bring it up there.
