Wow I have to admit I'm a little surprised. 

I know it's expensive and most of us are small businesses with 10 or less 
employees but I'm currently hiring and interviewing and finding it harder to 
attract talent without having a benefits package.

I'm working on an aggressive growth plan this year through acquisition and 
expansion which will add staff but I'd still only bring 10-15 to the table if 
all of that even works out.

I think this is an important topic for all of us and to stay competitive, 
please keep me posted if things do progress.

In order to proceed, we'd need around 100 employees total among all of the 
operators.  That's where the benefit in aligning comes in.  Right now, we have 
interest for about 5 or 6 total employees . . .
