Wow I have to admit I'm a little surprised. I know it's expensive and most of us are small businesses with 10 or less employees but I'm currently hiring and interviewing and finding it harder to attract talent without having a benefits package.
I'm working on an aggressive growth plan this year through acquisition and expansion which will add staff but I'd still only bring 10-15 to the table if all of that even works out. I think this is an important topic for all of us and to stay competitive, please keep me posted if things do progress.
