Ohio Members:

See request below from FCC regarding possible interference with two TDWR
sites in Ohio. Please take a moment to review the vectors provided against
your network maps. We've all read the enforcement actions resulting from
interference with TDWR sites. They aren't pretty or inexpensive and it
gives our industry a negative mark. If you know operators in this region
who are not WISPA members, please reach out to inform them as well.

Thank you

Chris Cooper

Co Coordinator, Ohio, WISPA

I am requesting your assistance with identifying the WISP operators that may
be operating 5 GHz U-NII devices within 60 miles of the following two TDWR
sites in Ohio.

I have been assigned to manage the following TDWR sites:

1. TCVG (Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Airport)

a. On 23 Oct 2020 the NOAA's Weather and Climate Toolkit (WCT) is
showing these Strobes (Please see attached):

                                                               i. 259.4
degrees (Strobe-1)

                                                             ii. 227.4
degrees (Strobe-2)

                                                           iii. 216.2
degrees (Strobe-3)

b. On 26 Oct 2020, the NOAA's WCT is showing (Please see attached):

                                                               i. 259.7
degrees (Strobe-1)

                                                             ii. 226.6
degrees (Strobe-2)

                                                           iii.
Strobe-3 did not show at the observed time.

2. TDAY (Dayton Airport)

a. On 23 Oct 2020 the NOAA's Weather and Climate Toolkit (WCT) is
showing this Strobe (Please see attached):

                                                               i. 316
degrees (Strobe-1)

b. On 26 Oct 2020, the NOAA's WCT is showing (Please see attached):

                                                               i. 316
degrees (Strobe-1)

Your help in this matter is appreciated.
