We've never done this in our 13 years of operation. We got hit with this while trying to upgrade a tower from solar to AC . . . The horse is out of the barn now on this for us. AEP contacted the Commerce Dept when we objected to AEP's requirement for a State Inspection. It's been all downhill from there . . .
