I figured it out. I forgot to include ohrrpgce.mas and ohrrpgce.new in the
nightly builds, so it was crashing because it couldn't get the master palette.
for the file-select screen. The error message was going to c_debug.txt, but
that is pretty nonn-obvious
We should do one of two thing here:
1) Make a visible error message display when ohrrpgce.mas is missing
OR
2) Make the file-picker display in a programmatically generated master palette,
thus removing the dependance on ohrrpgce.mas entirely, and we can rename
ohrrpgce.mas to "import/Original Default Master Palette.mas"
ohrrpgce.new also needs to be checked for missingness
