One weird thing about branch crossing warnings is that they always vanish and
re-appear when I change TOTALLY unrelated pieces of code.

For example, this morning, compiling with FB 0.18, I was getting about 10
branch crossing warnings in flexmenu.bas. After making a few one-line changes
to game.bas, all the warning sin flexmenu.bas vanished, and instead I started
seeing five branch crossing warnings in browse.bas
