I was about to say:
while(menu is open(handle)) do(wait(1))
but then I realized that I wrote the menu is open command poorly. It is one of
the very few commands that takes a menu ID instead of a menu handle. That is a
mistake. menu is open(handle) is going to be the most common use, and if
somebody really wants to check if a menu is open by menu ID, they can use "find
menu ID"
I'll fix it.

Done. I fixed the implementation of "menu is open" and added "wait for menu"
