Went through the builtin menus slightly resizing and repositioning things to
look good using the default box borders. Fixed a couple graphical glitches.
Unfortunately, it seems that the bottom and right edges of box borders are not
drawn on top of the line borders: the default borders are 1 pixel out! So now
some of the boxes in the menus look 1 pixel too big when viewed without borders
:( It is not very noticeable though, because there's no overlapping.
I didn't tackle textboxes ('shrink' should be replaced with a pixel-precision
size value) or fix buggy border drawing.
