Fixed an off-by-one bug in my hashtable implementation, which certainly *will*
crash when freeing a document.
Even after this fix it is still crashing for me.
The last revision that doesn't crash is 3483, so it had to be something
that changed in 3484
Hold on, though. 3484 happened *after* you reported bug 831, and in fact
was an attempt to fix that bug.
