Changed a lot of spaces in plotdict.xml to tabs (weird that Mike doesn't even
follow his own style conventions). Fixed the id for usemenuitem.

Hey, many of those aren't even my additions.
Further, to be fair, when indenting, I *always* use the Tab key. The
problem is that many editors are configured to turn tabs into spaces,
including mine for a little bit. This is fine for code, but really dumb
for XML and the like...
So, anytime someone with such an editor decides to edit that part of the
file, bam spaces.
