Mostly rewrote serializeXML. It now prints no-name nodes with children correctly (such as used in slicetree_#_#.reld), and if a node has a value (non-Null) and children, then its value is printed like <foo ="bar">. Not valid XML, but more readable and closer to the XML equivalent, I think. Also, fixed a crash in optimize in xml2reload.
