This one may not be a bug per se, but I do recall it working fine before.
Basically, focus camera does not move if the X or Y is set anywhere near an
edge of the map. For instance, if I use
focus camera (2,2)
It will not focus on this spot because it is too close to the corner, so the
camera will not budge. Even if the camera is far enough away that you could
pan to it, it will refuse to do so. Now, if you did something like
focus camera (12,2)
It will pan horizontally as long as that's not near the other edge of the map,
but it'll refuse to pan vertically because the Y is too close to the top edge.
Sounds like a bug to me at least, if it isn't then apologies.
