Rewrote fatalerror:
-There are two versions now: fatalerror is actually fatal, while showerror 
gives you the option to continue.
-Converted some fatalerrors to showerrors; in particular it's no longer 
possible to ignore errors when doing so would corrupt your game! (.rpgdir 
upgrade errors in Game)
-No longer deletes workingdir if called from within Custom! I doubt that was 
intentional; probably an accident of Game/Custom merging?
-Wrote basic_textbox function for showing text on screen. Its absense has 
annoyed me forever
-Improvements to Game's exitprogram, and fatal/showerror call exitprogram now
-No longer uses random unreadable palette colours during upgrade process
