Shimzuma reports that when using the gfx_directx backend in full-screen mode on
his Windows XP SP3 computer, there are graphical glitches from the windows
taskbar icons. A network activity icon that always blinks causes a flashing box
in the corner of the OHRRPGCE screen, and moving the mouse cursor over the
locations where the some of the taskbar icons would be cause graphical
artifacts
