I would like to gather suggestions for a new way of implementing Running 
Away.

We have battle_crappy_run_handler() but I consider that backcompat only, 
and would love to deprecate it completely for new games.

It is already possible to roll your own running support with an attack 
that has the "Force Heroes to Run Away" bitset on it. That is okay, but 
not particularly easy or obvious.

How should running work? What would be the perfect running system for 
YOUR game?
