When running on Android, gfx_sdl margin code was hardcoding 320x200 resolution 
rather than respecting the settings from the experimental resolution menu
(With this fix it is now possible to do portrait-mode games on Android, 
together with the appropriate setting in AndroidAppSettings.cfg)
