Move a whole lot of code into new walkabouts.bas file, and move some other 
stuff into game.bas

walkabouts.bas contains:
-everything to do with walkabout slices. I have always found this code
 extremely hard to understand at a high level and being spread all over
 the place didn't help
-vehicles
-all those utility functions like aheadxy and wrappass
Maybe those should be two different files...

All the actual movement/NPC logic is still in game.bas.

I also moved loadsay next to advance_text_box in game.bas
