Animation loading/saving to RELOAD; added Frame.frameid so animations now use 
it instead of frame index

Currently frameids are initialised to be the same as frame number, but they
could vary. Using frameids allows inserting a new frame in the middle of a
spriteset without adding all animations. It also provides a way to group
frames together.
There will be alternative commands to setspriteframe, etc.
